Hi Amy, These dogs are stray and cared for by some lovely warm neighbors. They have a spot in the parking area and if someone happens to park in their spot they climb up and sit on top of their cars. They are just goofy that ways.

These are stray dogs and some warm people take care of their food and stuff. These dogs have their spot and if anyone happens to park at their spot they just climb right on top and sit. It’s so cool to see them do that.
